Sow Good Farms has an amazing team that we will be looking to expand within the next few months! The Sow Good Farms family is waiting to bring you into a new career with open arms. To do this, we offer our employees the chance to learn a new language, learn to play an instrument, or learn to cook online. We offer meals, pet daycare, and baby daycare on each of our farms. Sow Good Farms hosts team building events and volunteer (with pay) events twice a year. We will even reimburse a portion of your tuition, so long as it will help you grow with us.
